PLACING ORDERS

 

By adding items to your online basket and paying for your items electronically, via debit/credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal or any other means, you confirm that you are making an offer to purchase goods from Humber Distribution Limited t/a ILLUMIGI.

It's important to remember that we are under no obligation to fulfil your order or dispatch any goods, if we feel that an error has occurred or where we feel there may be a security issue with your form of payment or the delivery address supplied to us. 

We may also put orders 'on hold' where we feel there is a significant risk of fraud. For example, where an order is placed for a sum in excess of £150, we may feel this sum is significantly large and may require additional ID verification before we accept and dispatch your item(s). In some instances, fraudsters use other peoples credit cards to place large orders with online retailers. The credit card owner can attempt to reclaim the fraudulent amount through their card issuer but that leaves us (Humber Distribution Limited) having to refund £150, while also risking the value of the goods in transit. For sums over £150, we usually require additional insurance from our couriers, at the time of dispatch. Along with additional ID checks.

If we decide that we don't wish to supply you with any goods, we will send you an email, notifying you of the issue. You will then receive an automatic refund, back to the method of payment you have used, within 5 working days (subject to your own bank/building society/payment service accepting refunds within this time).

All goods remain the property of Humber Distribution Limited, until they have been delivered to your nominated delivery address. This delivery process completes the contractual part of our agreement with you. 

 

 

DISCOUNT CODES

 

We reserve the right to cancel, amend or pause discount codes or promotional pricing for any and all products at any time, without prior notification.

As above, by using discount codes and placing your order online, you are merely making an offer to purchase goods from us. We are under no obligation to honour this and if we feel that discount codes have been used in a curious or concerning manner (e.g. multiple codes used on one order) we reserve the right to cancel part or all of your order and issue a full refund. 

 

GIFT CARDS / VOUCHERS

 

 

Gift Cards and Vouchers cannot be exchanged for currency or cash alternatives. No change will be given upon use of any gift card or voucher.

All gift cards carry an expiry date, this is usually 24 months from the date of purchase. Upon expiry, no refund or exchange will be given and the card/voucher will be declared 'expired'. 

Gift Cards/Vouchers are sent electronically via email to the recipient. If you would like us to send a printed version, please email hello@illumigi.com and a member of our team will try to assist.

You cannot use a gift card to purchase another gift card.

ILLUMIGI cannot accept responsibility for your Gift card if it is lost, stolen or damaged. It will not be replaced or its value refunded in any of these circumstances.

 

STOCK AVAILABILITY

 

We endeavour to keep our website updated as regularly as software allows. Currently, our website updates stock quantities and out of stock products every 24 hours. This process sometimes takes a few hours to complete but in general, 90% of the products on our website that are displayed as in-stock will likely be in stock at the time you place your order.

In the unfortunate event that you place an order and it turns out the product is unavailable, we will send you an email within 12 hours, notifying you that the product is out of stock. We will then refund the total amount of your order back to your Credit/Debit card, PayPal account or Apple Pay service. 

**Important: refunds are accepted by your payment processor. This may not be instantly and may be subject to their own internal checks and manual actions. If we refund you, we cannot guarantee that those funds will be available on the same day.
