Delivery and Returns

    Due to the current COVID-19 crisis, we can only deliver to UK Mainland addresses. We apologise for any inconvenience but international and EU deliveries are currently restricted.
  • Standard Delivery (5 days):- FREE  (£2.95 for orders under £20)
  • Express Delivery (2 days):- £4.95 (excl. bank holidays & weekends)

    *** For Express Delivery orders MUST be placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday. We cannot deliver on weekends or bank holidays - if you need an item for a special occasion, please order in plenty of time!


    All orders are tracked using a unique tracking code. You will receive this code and a tracking link in the email we send you when your order leaves our warehouse.

    For any delivery enquiries, please contact the courier directly, so they can advise. 


    If, for any reason, you need to return an item to us, please email or use our Live Chat window to speak with a team member or leave us a message.

    You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to raise a refund or returns complaint.

    You must use our email address or Live Chat service to request a return or refund.

    You may need to return the item to us and you will be responsible for return delivery costs, that are non refundable. 

    Refunds are subject to management approval but your UK Consumer Rights are protected.
